He has worked as an administrative head in a couple of schools before moving to a place which he pleasantly feels where he belongs to and that is heading the accounts department of a city government hospital. "I have seen deaths from very close quarters!" This statement he often repeats, quite melancholically though, essentially when questioned on his promptness to join an NGO so enthusiastically.
Satisfaction and peace of mind is the reason per him which only by working for an NGO can provide. He feels everyone needs somebody especially in times of distress and he subsequently adds that it is the God's decree which brought him to work to fulfill the desire of the almighty and to be with people especially when there is absolutely nobody for them.
